Romain Daumont (Associate Consultant)

Born and raised in France. After working for Guerlain K.K. (Tokyo), Romain spent 16 years in international consulting firms specialising in purchasing and supply chain (including 8 years as partner in Japan and 8 years as executive director at the French headquarters).

 

During that time, he supported global companies such as Sony, Adidas, L’Oréal, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Moet Hennessy Diageo, Sephora, Astellas Pharma, Lafarge and Allianz.

 

Since 2011, he has also focused on start-ups. As an entrepreneur, he helped three digital-related companies to scale (in the field of augmented reality and IoT, for a marketplace of photographers and for a mobile communication app based exclusively on touch). He also works as a business angel. He is familiar with the French and the European start-up industry ecosystem and spent 2 years at Station F, the largest start-up campus in the world.

 

Based in Paris, he is a father of two, a fan of music (supporting member of the Paris Philharmonic) and a keen chess player.

Xuefei Lu(Associate Consultant)

Born and raised in China, bicultural and trilingual, Xuefei has over 20 years of frontline operational experience in China, Europe and Africa. Until 2018, Xuefei worked successively in two multinationals (Sodexo Group and PSA Group), in charge of strategic partnership with the Chinese partners and shareholders, government & public affairs, and business development. Occupying a strategic position within the group, Xuefei also participated in the board of directors and the supervisory board.

 

Xuefei has a rich knowledge of cultural and economic diversity inside China. She has lived and worked in four regions of the country: Beijing (North), Shanghai (East), Canton (South), Wuhan (Center).

 

Having a dual economic background in China and France (Sciences Po Paris), Xuefei has also been an auditor at the IHEDN (Institute of Higher Studies of National Defense), a governmental institution in the geopolitical and geo-economic fields. She has been the first Chinese ever admitted.


She is based in Paris and her hobbies are travelling, reading and writing.

Hiromi Tanaka (Project Consultant)

After working for the ISETAN group (merchandising system development), HR and Education consulting outsourcer, CISCO (accounting-vendor), etc., Hiromi established Flexible Enterprise in 2003 and engaged in career education at universities since 2005.
 

Based on her vision to create society in which people can play an active role sustainably, she is focusing on instilling and enlightening the idea of ​​"social and economic value" within the company and developing human resources who will lead the solution of social issues. 

She is specialised in practical training such as natural environment education, industry-academia collaborative education, and organizational engagement. She also participates in regional revitalization in collaboration with industry and government.


She holds a Master of Business Administration (Marketing Information System Research).


Based in Tokyo, Hiroko practices eco-camping for 45 years based on 20 years of experience in Girl Scouting.

Marie-Gabrielle Cajoly(Project Consultant)

Born and raised in France, with life experience in Africa, the USA, Germany, the UK, Turkey and Switzerland .

 

Marie-Gabrielle brings on board a 20 year-track record of building socially conscious brands in the energy, FMCG, agri-food, high-tech, chemical, pharmaceutical, and defence industries, in Europe, North-America, Africa, and China.

 

She is the founder of Corporate Engagement, a Geneva-based firm providing certified Sustainability Reporting, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Communications strategic advisory services to help businesses integrate Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) factors into their whole value creation chain.

 

She holds an IMD Executive-MBA (2009), a Post Master Degree in Public Relations (CELSA, 1997), a Post Master Degree in Socio-economics (Paris VII-Diderot University, 1996), and a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences (Science Po Grenoble, 1995).

 

She is based in Geneva and her hobbies are cooking, jogging, and novel writing.

Linda Mouram (Project Consultant)

After working for a French IT, telecom and media company, she has gained experiences in international business management support with a focus on business development in North Africa, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Russia, North America and Japan.

She is fluent in English, French and Arabic, and is familiar with the culture of North Africa and the Middle East.

 

In recent years, she has been involved in sustainability projects in Morocco and other countries, using her expertise in international business management, data science and cross-cultural management.

 

She lives in Paris and enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures and studying spirituality.

Kimihiko Nagata (Representative Consultant)

Born and raised in Japan, moved to France in 1996, Kimihiko specialises in change management, global business management and intercultural management. 

 

Since 1997, initially as Senior Consultant in charge of Asian Projects for the French public organisation, then as founder of NGP, he has helped many international companies and public organisation for their strategic projects in transcultural context, particularly between Europe and Asia. 

Prior to moving into strategic consulting, he held executive positions for international missions. Initially in Japan, he worked as Corporate Staff of JTB for 7 years, then in France, carried out, as Managing Director, the "Turnaround Management in Post-Acquisition Stage” of a French SME,

 

He has also focused on university education (a part-time lecturer at Lyon 2 University and Paris Dauphine University, a project professor at Kitakyushu City University and now at INALCO (Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales) as a part-time lecturer.

He holds Bachelor of Arts and MBA (EM LYON) and active in a wide range of writing through online media as Nikkei, professional magazines and academic papers.

 

He is based in Paris and his hobbies are cooking and nature exploration.
